Motivate your employees to perform above and beyond expectations. “Rewards” may make you nervous—lofty expenditures on raises or bonuses may not be a move you are financially capable of making. However, rewards don’t have to be monetary! Implement a point system leading to prizes like movie or concert tickets, subscriptions, hotel stays, certificates or gift cards.
